Fruit detox diet, convenient and affordable.




Do you want to have clear beautiful skin, but don't want to cover your face with chemicals ?

before you say anything, this is not for losing weight, and I am not telling you to replace your food with vegetables.. all you have to do is eat this stuff regularly and over time it'll help fix you skin :)

◆ Tomatoes: helps balance the skin's ph level, also it is whitening; 

◆ Cherry: helps with promoting the formation of the stratum corneum (outermost layer of the epidermis, also known as the skin barrier. It is our first line of defense against the environment) << This means it makes your skin softer; 

◆ pineapple: helps fading facial pigmentation; 

◆ Apple: fade freckles and facial chloasma(a patchy brown or dark brown skin discoloration that usually occurs on a woman's face and may result from hormonal changes); 

◆ Lemon: good for whitening and it is also anti-aging; 

◆ Grapes: antioxidant; 

◆ Kiwi: remove freckles and pimples; 

◆ orange: enhance skin elasticity and soothe facial fine lines;
