Review: Body.Jar Lip scrub ┊ ريفيو: سكرب الشفايف من بودي جار

I feel like it have been ages since I last made a review, that's why today I'm back with a lip scrub review that is handmade by @body.jar store on instagram

أحسني من سنين ماسويت ريفيو، عشان ذي اليوم رجعت لكم بريفيو عن مقشر للشفايف صناعة بحرينية من حساب بودي جار على الانستاقرام body.jar@

Product Claims: Body Jar lip scrub makes your soften and lightens your lips while keeping them moisturized because it contains vitamin E oil that gives plenty of moisture and brightening

يعدك بــ: سكرب الشفايف من بودي جار، يعطي الشفايف نعومة ويرطبهم ويفتحهم لإحتوائة على زيت فيتامين إي اللي يوفر الكثير من الترطيب والتفتيح

Ingredients: there are no listed ingredients, but the shop owner told me it contains vitamin E oil

المكونات: مو موجودة المكونات لكن صاحبة الحساب قالتلي أن فيها فيتامين إي

Packaging: cute small glass jar that have a metal cap, with a transpearant sticker that haves the store logo and the smell on it

العلبة: جرة زجاج صغيرة كيوت وغطاها معدن، عليها ستيكر شفاف فيه لوقو المحل ونكهة السكرب

How I use it: I use it twice a month. apply it on clean dry lips and massage it for a minute or so, then wash it with plain water. You don'y need a lip balm after because it leaves lips moisturized

طريقة الاستعمال: أنا استخدمه مرتين بالشهر. أحطه على شفايف نظيفة وجافة، وأسوي فيه مساج لمدة دقيقة تقريباً، وبعدها أغسله بماء فقط. مايحتاج حتى أستخدم مرطب بعده لأنه يرطب عدل

Smell: Strawberries. TBH I hate the smell of strawberries, especially the artificial kind, but this one smells yummy, it reminds me of Barbie lilipop that I used to love when I was a kid

الرائحة:  فراولة. أنا ماأحب الفراولة ولا ريحته، بالأخص إذا كانت صناعية، لكن هذا السكرب ريحته لذيذة، يذكرني بحلاوة باربي اللي كنت أحبها وأنا صغيرة

Texture: sugar soaked in a lot of oil,  you can feel the sugar granules but they are not rough

القوام: سكر مشبع بالزيت، تقدرون تحسون بحبيبات السكر لكنها ليست قاسية

Pros:

- removes dead skin without hurting your lips

- leaves your lips moisturized and suble

- it comes in different smells

- inexpensive

- smells amazing ♥

- leaves a faint red tint on your lips

مميزاته:

- يشيل الجلد الميت بدون مايعور أو يجرح الشفايف

- يخلي الشفايف مرطبة وصحية

- يجي برايح مختلفة

- الريحة تجنن

- يعطي لون أحمر صحي للشفايف

Cons:

- not be available outside of Bahrain

- ingredients not listed

- packaging is a bit unconvinient & not sanitary, because you have to use your finger to use the product

عيوبه:

- غير متوفر خارج البحرين

- المكونات غير مكتوبة

- العلبة شوي غير عملية، لأننا نحتاج نطلع المنتج بإصبعنا 

Improvement suggestions: I would prefer if there was a tiny spoon included.

إقتراحات: لو إنه يجي وياه ملعقة صغيرة أفضل للإستخدام

Repurchase: yes, I want to try the bubblegum flavour

D.I.Y: Honey & salt body scrub ▒ طريقة عمل مقشر العسل والملح للجسم

A few weeks ago I got an insect bite and my skin have been breaking out since then, my skin became dry and itchy, and I got acne everywhere, so I decided to make this body scrub to help with my skin condition.

قبل كم إسبوع قرصتني حشرة ومن يومها اعتفس جلدي، بدت تطلع لي حبوب في جسمي كله، وصار جلدي حاف ويحكني. فقررت أسوي هذا المقشر عشان يخفف من مشاكلي الجلدية.

Ingredients:
- Seas salt, ½ cup
- Honey, 1tbsp
- Coconut oil, 2 tbsp

المكونات:

- ملح خشن/ملح بحري، نص كوب

- عسل، ملعقة

- زيت جوز الهند، ملعقتين

Why I choose these?

First let's start with the salt, aside from the fact that it'll be out scrubbing agent, salt helps to cleanse pores deeply, balance oil production,  and is also an antibacterial, which means stops bacteria that can cause breakouts and acne.

I added honey because it is extremely moisturizing and soothing, also it helps create a glow. Also it is naturally antibacterial, so it's great for acne treatment and prevention.

And lastly the coconut oil is also naturally antibacterial and antifungal, not to mention that its an excellent moisturizer

ليش اخترت هذي المكونات؟

أول شي بنتكلم عن الملح، بجانب كونه العامل المقشر، الملح يساعد في تنظيف المسامات بعمق، يوازن افراز الدهون، ومضا. للبكتيريا، يعني يمنع البكتريا انها تسبب حبوب ومشاكل للبشرة.

استخدمت العسل لأنه مرطب قوي ومهدئ للبشرة، ويخلي البشرة مشرقة. بالإضافة لهذا هو مضاد للبكتريا يعني ينفع في علاج الحبوب والوقاية منها.

وآخر شي استخدمت زيت جوز الهند، لأنه بعد مضاد للبكتريا والفطريات، وماننسى انه مرطب ممتاز

How to make?
Mix everything together and store in a clean container, this scrub will be enough for two uses.

الطريقة:

نخلط كلشي مع بعض ونحطه في علبه نظيفة، الكمية تكفي حق إستخدامين

How to use
After washing your skin, use the scrub with circular motions, be very gentle because salt can be a bit rough and can irritate your skin.
To be used on body DO NOT USE ON FACE!!

طريقة الاستخدام :

بعد ماتغسلين جسمك، استخدمي المقشر بحركات دائرية، افركي بلطف وخفة لأن الملح حبيباته خشنة راح تعور الجلد او تسبب تهيج اذا استخدمتيه بقوة.
يستخدم للجسم، لا يستخدم للوجه إطلاقاً!!

The good:

- Smells good

- Good for treating body acne and pimples and skin troubles
- It leaves your skin smooth and glowing
- Moisturizing
- Natural and affordable

مميزاته:

- ريحته حلوة

- يساعد في علاج حبوب الجسم ومشاكل البشرة

- يخلي الجلد ناعم ومشرق

- يرطب البشرة

- طبيعي ومايكلف كثير

Not suitable
- Not vegan (contains honey) 
- Don't use if you are allergic to honey

مايناسب لـ:

- لا يصلح للنباتتين لأنه يحتوي عسل

- لا يصلح للي يعانون من حساسية تجاه العسل
