MEANS AVAILABLE TO REPLACE COSMETICS

Any modern woman can't live without beauty products. But if you still want to look good and stay young without using store bought products (that contains a lot of chemicals), here is some tips :

Ice . It makes your skin supple. Take a few ice cubes, put them in a thin cloth.
Begin massaging from chest, in circular motion, avoiding the nipples. Do this procedure every evening - this will prevent the formation of stretch marks and improve blood circulation ...

Tea . This usual and customary drink contains polyphenols, which have anti-aging effect. To ensure that your skin has supple and healthy color, grab a cold brew, mix it with beaten egg whites. Put a lot on the face, and after 10 minutes wash it off with warm water.

Salt . Usual fine grained salt will help your feet skin to soften. Add half a cup of fine salt in a basin of warm water, soak your feet in the solution. After the procedure, rinse your feet with warm water and rub it off with a towel. A coarse salt helps to remove dead skin from the feet and heels. Rub coarse salt on problem areas using a damp sponge, then your feet soak for five minutes. After the procedure, apply moisturizer.

yeast . It prevents acne and reduce inflammation. couple of teaspoons of yeast, mixed with warm milk,  and applied to the face makes a good facial mask. Allow mask to dry and then wash it off with warm water.

Spoons . They help eliminate unnecessary and dark circles under the eyes. Put two spoons in the freezer for a few hours. Take them and apply to eyelids for a minute. After the procedure, gently massage the skin around the eyes.

lymphatic drainage

manual drain
The lymphatic system consists of several lymphoid organs and lymph vessels that produce and transport lymph, tissue to blood circulation, so as to facilitate the removal of toxins from the body.
The lymphatic system is also responsible for the removal of the excess tissue of our body fluid, in addition to producing and transporting immune cells such as monocytes, lymphocytes and plasma cells (antibody producing cells), essential for the proper functioning Our immune system. The lymph also transports fatty acids and macromolecules into the circulatory system.
When a lymph vessel is obstructed or liquid accumulates in a certain area, called edema causes, affecting the lymphatic system. This may occur for several reasons: in pregnancy due to the increased amount of blood flowing in tissue, inflammation, due to trauma ,or by excessive accumulation of fat that compresses the blood vessels and lymphatics.
Lymphatic drainage is nothing more than a massage technique that aims to promote lymphatic circulation, ie, drain the accumulated between cells from tissues to lymphatic vessels, through massage liquid, carrying the same liquid to the heart where it passes for blood circulation and is subsequently eliminated in the urine.
It is indicated in cases where there is severe fluid retention in the body (swollen and observation areas which often cause pain), and is great for stimulating the immune and circulatory systems. It is also used as an aid in the reduction of cellulite and localized fat technique.drainage in the leg
The lymphatic drainage can be performed manually or electro-mechanically.
Manual lymphatic drainage is via, precise, slow movements from the bottom up, rhythmic and moderate pressure without causing pain.
The manual technique is the most recommended post-operative plastic surgery like liposuction or liposculpture. In these cases, the main objective is to reduce the edema rapidly without causing injury (the pressure here is specific for each person).
Traditionally, manual drain does not use creams, these can be used only for the purpose of facilitating the sliding of the hands of those massages.
Mechanical drainage can be accomplished by vacuum therapy, or endermotherapy pressure therapy, to increase peripheral circulation and stimulate metabolism.
The drainage electro resorts to using ultrasound, phonophoresis sonoelectroporação or three-dimensional.
preassure legsThere is also pressure therapy lymphatic drainage which is placed a blanket of air, heated, which will compressing and relaxing the body throughout the session.
Any of the lymphatic drainage techniques mentioned here are effective, and your choice will be directed to the technique that best suits each particular case.
Note the location you choose to perform this technique. The choice of qualified personnel is essential to obtain the expected results.
After performing lymphatic drainage on myself (following the videos posted in the link above) my body feels lighter and relaxed, I am not congested anymore and I don't feel pressure on my body :)
Benefits of Lymphatic Drainage

DETOX FOR NAILS

The juices and detox diets have become very famous among women who wish to lose weight and eliminate toxins from their body. But have you heard of detox for your nails ? There is a Japanese technique that helps to strengthen weak nails, and it is starting to spread worldwide
For women who are tired of seeing their nails brittle and opaque, this treatment promises to return the shine and health to them. It all starts with the removal of the cuticle and an exfoliation to remove rough edges.
Then the hands of the customer receive a special mixture formulated with lanolin, beeswax, glycerin, paraffin, silicone and squalene (oil found naturally in many foods such as plant oils). The mixture is applied as massage, nail by nail. The procedure is repeated three times.
Components present in this mixture, paired with pressure from the massage, help the nail to gain a more beautiful and healthy appearance and grow stronger. The sheen on nails lasts about two weeks.
However, most of us will have to wait a bit because the procedure has not yet arrived to many places. However there are some creams that contains nutrition and wax, which help keep the cuticle and nails well moisturized. You can also use moisturizing hand creams or jojoba oil to massage them.

How to do your makeup when you have a cold

When you have cold, your body becomes very weak, your skin is pale, runny nose and your eyes are filled with tears. Want to know how you could apply make up in order to disguise the fact that you have a cold? Below are a few steps you need to follow.
See how you do your makeup when you have a cold

One. Use concealer!
Concealer is essential in such conditions! Apply it in a thin layer on top of the nose (which becomes red), and under the eyes to mask dark circles.
Two. Exfoliate dead skin on your lips
Sometimes low temperatures can lead to cracking lips. To solve this problem and have soft lips, it's best to exfoliate! Get a face towel and soak it in warm water and then rub your lips gently to remove dead cells, or you can make a DIY lip exfoliation. Then apply a layer of moisturizing lip balm, over which you can apply and some color.
Three. A glowing skin with a shimmer blush
Exfoliate your face with a scrub, then apply your foundation.Define your makeup with a blush that have pearl particles/shimmer. This product will bring you, literally, the color in the cheeks and give you radiant beauty.
Four. Without black tears!
Another product that helps enormously when you have cold is waterproof mascara. Unlike eyeshadows that fade almost immediately when tears come out, waterproof mascara will make your eyes look bigger and brighter! As you weep, the mascara last.

How to visually reduce the size of your feet

Not all girls have tiny feet like like Thumbelina - some have to hide their rather big feet.
today I'll give you several tricks on how to visually reduce the large size of your foot and wear the shoes that you like!
2749438_9PuSenJYEoo_1_ (700x523, 68Kb)

Shoes with heels. It visually reduces the size of your feet. But it depends on the size of the heel. High Heel visually reduces the size of the feet.Very low heel does not have such an effect, but makes your feet look big. Therefore, preference should be given to shoes with high or middle heels.
Shoes with rounded toes (the front part of the shoe). Girls ashamed of their big feet, should avoid wearing pointed shoes, because it makes your foot looks longer than it already is. The recommended shoes are the ones with square or classic rounded toe.
Dark shades. As we all know black is a slimming colour, hat's why people with big feet are advised to wear shoes in dark colours. This can be purple, navy, brown, etc as long as it is dark. It is advisable to avoid pastel and bright colors.
Open shoes. Footwear that bares too much of your foot skin (I know this needs to be rephrased), visually increases the size of your feet. Whereas other shoes, like open-toed for example visually reduces its size. Sandals also should be chosen with thick straps.
Accessories. such as tabs, ribbons and buckles, visually help to reduce the size of your feet.

When you go out to buy new shoes, it is  preferable to consider advice listed above, but most importantly - your shoes should be comfortable.

Review: Revone Shampoo

Hola !

It have been ages since I posted on my blog :(
I was busy with college and my camera had no batteries, but I am back and have a product review :)
This is going to be a Shampoo review, I bought this one yesterday because my previous shampoo isn't working anymore (my brother started letting his cockatiel out and I am allergic to it, my whole body-including my hair- became very itchy itchy, and I was so desperate I used CYTEAL Antiseptic foaming solution - it cured the extremely bad allergy on my leg- and I washed my hair with it. the good thing it that cured the allergy from the cockatiel, but the bad thing is that it made my scalp very oily to the point that sebum can build up overnight and in the morning I would find a beige coloured layer covering my scalp.. sorry for disgusting you)
Anyway, Since head&shoulders anti-dandruff shampoo didn't work at all, I went out and bought another one, it is by a Turkish brand called Revone cosmetics, I never heard of this brand before and I couldn't find anything about it online.

- makes hair very soft.
Cons:
- It kills my curls (my hair is actually 2C but, it can look like 3A if I keep twisting it while it is wet. but if I lie down/lean back, or if I roll my hair in a bun, my curls would flatten and look like 2A).
- It somewhat strip the moisture from hair (I am not sure this counts nagative, my sster didn't have this problem, but since my hair is actually dry and not oily, this makes it shine less).
